How does the automatic slicer sharpen the knife?
1. Turn on the main switch and blade switch to make the blade rotate, open the protective cover of the sharpening knife, turn the sharpening knife clockwise by hand to make the grinding wheel rub against the blade (note: do not use too much force), and the grinding wheel will grind the edge of the blade sharp. Note: After opening the protective cover, the sharpening part of the blade will be exposed. Please be careful to avoid touching the blade with your fingers.
2. After the cutting edge is sharpened, rotate the sharpening knife counterclockwise by hand to stop.
3. Pull the handle below the sharpening cover to eliminate the burr after sharpening (Note: do not use too much force, hear the grinding sound for 3-5 seconds).
