5. The filter screen and corona processor of the extruder must be replaced and cleaned regularly. Generally, the filter screen and the silicone roller of corona processor must be cleaned with alcohol within 24 to 48 hours. The specifications of the filter screen: the two layers of 80 mesh, the first layer of 100 mesh three-layer filter screen.

6. The corona processor shall not be opened if the guide roller of the corona processor has no film. Once the film is broken or stopped, the corona processor shall be turned off urgently to avoid burning out the corona processor.
