Two: heat sealing mechanism

The frequency conversion device drives, moves up, down, left and right in a straight line, and the thermal resistance warms the sealing knife to achieve the effect of sealing the bag. It is composed of horizontal sealing and vertical sealing. The horizontal sealing carries out heat sealing on both sides of the bag, and the vertical sealing carries out heat sealing on the bottom of the bag, that is, the so-called three-side sealing.

Three: feeding mechanism

When the drawing roller is pushed by the servo motor and exceeds the feeding target, it is necessary to ensure that the heat sealing mechanism will send the bag with the specified length to the over-temperature sealing mechanism before leaving the cutting roller and reaching the cutting roller again. There are at least two ways for the servo motor to work close to the cutting knife. This is the fixed-length mode: when the single pulse of set length is completed, it stops. The other is the calibration mode: when the pulse number set is completed, it seeks the mark at low speed, while the color scale optical data signal stops, and the other three servomotors are at the same stage.
