2. Maintenance method: The damage of the tie rod of HDPE high-speed film blowing machine is mostly manifested as serious wear and tear on its working face, followed by the fracture at the junction of the tie rod axial diameter change, the removal of the tie rod, and the straightening of the bending section; Top tip holes at both ends of the drawrod shaft; Fine pull rod wear working face, see the circle; Hard chrome plating on the working face. The diameter of the rod after hard chrome plating should be larger than the diameter of the original drawing to allow for fine grinding or polishing.

3. Repair method of tie rod fracture of HDPE high-speed film blowing machine: with high-quality carbon structural steel or 40Cr alloy structural steel, the diameter should be 4--6mm larger than the original diameter, the length is 30mm longer than the original shaft. The two parts are assembled together at the price of 15mm, and the coaxiality is found and welded. Attention should be paid to the cooling of the original working surface of the tie rod, to prevent the chrome layer from falling off, and annealing treatment to eliminate the welding stress. HDPE high-speed film blowing locomotive welding shaft end face is flat, drill the top tip hole, with the original working face of the tie rod as the benchmark to find the alignment, the new welding shaft end parts to the original drawing size.
